He has previously, worked at Greenhill & Co. as a generalist M&A investment banker, Millbrook Capital Management as a private equity investor, and Morgan Stanley as a public market equity & fixed income specialist. Hudson holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Sc from Cornell University
